The Nature Center Exhibits Tour application is designed for iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 10.3 and higher. It operates in portrait mode only.
This application is designed to provide a guided tour of the Sieur des Monts Nature Center Climate Change Exhibits for visitors who are blind or who have low-vision, but is a good guide for anyone who wants an in-depth listening experience. Depending on how you use the application it can be up to an hour-long story of how the park may be changing as the climate changes. There are exhibit descriptions and in some places, guides to deeper explorations. The tour includes directions for moving between exhibits starting at the staff service desk in the center of the room and then moving sequentially through the 9 exhibits. If you need assistance in getting to the service desk please ask or indicate to the park staff that you would like to begin the assistive tour. You can listen to audio description performed by actors or by turning on Apple’s Voiceover you can listen to identical text descriptions. Choose which approach is best for you by selecting the audio description button on the left or the text button on the right at the bottom of the screen.
